What motivated you to apply for a Fulbright award?
I wanted to work more closely with some scholars at Dublin City University and spend some time working and living abroad.
Describe the importance and reach of the research and/or teaching you did while on Fulbright?
I studied when and why telecommuting relates to changes in employee attitudes. We collaborated with a large financial services organization in Ireland to conduct this research. We have presented this research at conferences and hope to publish it soon.
