Dr. Cadence Kidwell is the Coordinator for The Florida State University’s Global Pathways and Exchanges: She manages the nationally-recognized Global Pathways Certificate program that encourages, coordinates, and documents student experiences for greater intercultural learning. Dr. Kidwell also provides leadership and management to The Florida State University international exchange programs, developing partnerships with over 40 international universities on behalf of The Florida State University’s faculty. Global Pathways connects The Florida State University’s community to a diverse array of international activities that develop global citizenship. In addition to her Ph.D. in English from The Florida State University, Dr. Kidwell holds a M.S. in Clinical-Counseling Psychology. She has frequently taught Latino Literature and writing courses in The Florida State University’s Department of English and has participated in intercultural exchanges in Cuba and Turkey.
